I’ve studied abroad, vacationed abroad, honeymooned abroad, and lived abroad! While my heart will always lie in Asia, I have a special love for Europe’s off-the-beaten path destinations, cool-weather spots, and off-season travel.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I have a degree in Anthropology, but my true passions are writing and traveling. As a travel writer and editor by profession, I’ve always dreamed of having my own blog where I can share all the knowledge I’ve gathered from my travels and research! Some of my favorite places in the world are the Aran Islands, Outer Banks, and Porto, Portugal. What are some of yours?

How it all started
I’ve always had the travel bug, but after studying abroad for six months in Paris, France, I was hooked. Fast forward eight years and my husband and I took off on a round-the-world trip. What was supposed to be one year turned into three and my wanderlust has never been more insatiable.
